Overview

Grade Expectations Learning Centres provides education and training to people of all ages. Started in 1993, we are Canadian owned and operated with locations throughout Ontario. Our staff of Ontario certified teachers (B.Ed.), TESL and MOS instructors lead small classes in comfortable, professional learning centre environments.

Grade Expectations Learning Centres educate and train adults during the day and children in the evenings. Our unique teaching methodology is designed to achieve better learning outcomes and promote student engagement, accountability and independence. Our educational philosophy is to teach people in small groups so that they receive the individualized attention they need to ultimately develop the skills and confidence needed to work independently.

Owners market and manage their centres, hire and train staff. We provide owners with our systems, policies and procedures. Our business owners do not do the teaching in our centres. We train you how to recruit, train, motivate and manage your teachers and other employees to utilize our proven tools.

Our Selection Process

The selection of new Grade Expectations Learning Centres owners is a critical decision involving an extensive interview/approval process. Not everyone who applies for a franchise meets our criteria to be a Grade Expectations Learning Centres owner. For mutual success, we must ensure that each learning centre owner possesses the necessary entrepreneurial drive, management skills, financial means and dedication we need.
