Our mission is to help people achieve their learning goals.

To accomplish this, we will:

• Provide dedicated, qualified staff: certified teachers (B.Ed.) and TESL instructors. Our staff will utilize superior quality educational and training resources.
• Develop individualized educational and training programs that meet the unique needs of each student and client. We will be resourceful, innovative, hard working and devoted to fulfilling each student's learning goal.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients through exemplary service and results.

In doing this, we strive to create a challenging, enjoyable work environment where employees have the opportunity for contribution, growth and personal development.

Since 1993, Grade Expectations Learning Centres has helped people of all ages achieve their learning goals.

Our Philosophy

We believe that to help people achieve their learning goals; we must provide qualified staff, superior quality educational resources and a comfortable learning environment.

Providing dedicated and qualified staff is paramount to our philosophy. For this reason we have employed certified teachers (B.Ed.) since 1993, and continue to do so today. Their professional training allows them to effectively create and follow detailed lesson plans for individual programs, and evaluate individual progress and success. Certified (B.Ed.) teachers understand the theory and practical approach to teaching, learning styles and are knowledgeable of the Ontario curriculum.

Our team of teaching professionals research and select superior quality learning materials and educational resources for our students to use every day.

Our learning environment is designed with individual classrooms that have small class sizes. This facilitates an atmosphere where communication and learning flourish. Ergonomic chairs and desks ensure that each student is comfortable and ready to learn. Specialized equipment accommodates students with unique needs. Of course, our learning centres are equipped with state of the art computers with Internet access.

We are committed to fostering an environment where employees have the opportunity for contribution, personal growth and development. We believe this will give our students access to not only qualified teachers but also people who are truly dedicated and motivated to help them achieve their goals.
